Georgia Pre-K Home / Programs / GA Pre-K Building Bright Futures with Georgia Pre-K At Carrington Academy, we are proud to be part of the Georgia Pre-Kindergarten program! This is a free, state-funded educational program designed for four-year-olds. The curriculum is approved by the State Board of Education to prepare children for kindergarten. It helps children build important skills like counting, reading, and making friends. Basic tuition for this program is paid for by the state. Georgia Pre-K is a fun and learning-filled program that lasts 6.5 hours per day, 5 days a week, for 180 days a year at no cost to families. You must apply to be considered for a spot in the program.
